SHORT-TERM LEASES WHILE BUYING OR BUILDING THROUGH VENTURE REAL ESTATE
*Renter must sign a 1 Year Lease Agreement
*Renter must give 30 Days notice to Landlord before Vacating.
*Rent will not be prorated
*Renter must use Venture Real Estate (as a Buyers Agent or Dual Agent) in purchasing a new primary residences in North Central West Virginia.
All of these items must be met in order to be released from renter's remaining lease term without any penalties, when buying or Building through Venture Real Estate. |
